Ingredients:
2 shredded cooked chicken breasts
4 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of cooked brown rice
1/2 cup of cooked wild rice
1 cup of sliced carrots
1 cup of sliced celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp butter
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in pan, stir in onion and minced garlic clove, cover with 2 cups of broth, add carrots and celery, bring to boil, lower temperature and simmer till vegetables are done. Add chicken, rice and remaining broth. Season with salt and pepper.
